There’s an enormous range of people who will read a therapy website. I am optimistic about our capacity to heal, but also realistic. Some people need little therapy, others may have severe mental health issues where change is hard, even impossible. This site is aimed at people who have some interest in personal development, who maybe read self-help books of listen to podcasts, have at least attempted to meditate (few keep going!),  have a practise such as yoga, or  enjoy 5 Rhythms and related things. Please read what I’m saying in this context.

Also, the site is educational not therapeutic.
