I havn’t run classes for a long time and I’m so looking forward to starting again in the new year. Most will be in Bristol, a few elsewhere but accessible.

Some others will be run by other workshop leaders I know and recommend. If all goes well, that includes more than one really excellent and internationally-renowned therapist or meditation teacher – watch this space!

Things will start slowly. Even if you tick all the boxes, I guarantee you will NOT be deluged with emails.  And zero spam.
